Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your home organization products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and items must be in resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Yamazaki packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
